At Ooh La La, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows our professional team to adjust their schedules accordingly and enables us to accommodate clients on our waiting list.

We acknowledge that emergencies can happen, and we strive to be flexible in those situations. However, please note that if there is a last-minute cancellation or a “no-show,” the full service cost will be charged.
