Shanti Lugo

Shanti, from Hoboken, New Jersey, grew up in Miami Beach, Florida. She is a 1st generation American with roots in Cuba, Puerto Rico, Spain, and Italy. Shanti is a licensed massage therapist and esthetician, and she recently graduated with a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture, further enhancing her expertise in holistic wellness.

With 20 years of experience in the wellness industry, Shanti holds a license as a Neuromuscular Therapist and is a 3rd Generation Hoshino Shiatsu Master. She is currently studying Chinese Medicine and is qualified in Vedic Yoga. Shanti’s passion for learning and sharing new techniques aims to help others find their highest self.

In her personal time, Shanti loves to spend time reading and being with her lovely mini Yorkie/Maltese, Sheba. Her dedication to continuous learning and commitment to delivering personalized, high-quality treatments make her a valuable asset to our team and a trusted provider for our clients at Ooh la la Salon and Wellness.
